Volunteers seeks assistance to clear away fallen trees at school

Today a group of volunteers are busy clearing away fallen trees at Ethangeni School. Jimmy Mulhatton and his team said they had decided to assist the school when no one else was prepared to help.
“We are busy cutting and clearing the trees away. There are concrete slabs lying among the trees and we are afraid of the safety of the children,” he told the Courier.

“We want anyone who is prepared to come and help us with transport to take away the debris to please assist. It is all for free – just some community service.”
Anyone wanting to assist can call Jimmy on 073 747 4521.

Jimmy and his friends recently took to fixing the badly rutted road to the Sibongile dumping site.
