Boulevard Centre’s biggest attempt to educate public

Tired of having able bodied motorists constantly parking in the disabled parking bays, the Boulevard Centre has now found a big way of trying to curb this.

Many motorists have said that they didn’t see the yellow lines indicating a parking bay, however, there’s no excuse now for not seeing the giant orange cones.

The centre hopes that this will finally educate people on the proper use of the disabled bays and curb people from trying to take a chance.
