Another home invasion: sisters traumatised

Another home invasion in Dundee early yesterday left two sisters traumatised on Browning Street.

While the Dundee SAPS still have to confirm all the details, witnesses said armed men got into the home and threw blankets over the women before making off with jewellery and other goods.

The ordeal left them traumatised, witnessed said.

In another incident on Gladstone Street, early on Thursday morning, an attempted break in was foiled when the homeowner pressed the panic button and the alarm company reacted.  The would-be robbers fled, witnesses said.

Those who contacted the Courier opined that ‘crime is definitely out of control in Dundee’.
