Fast times set by Time Trialists during November

The Time Trialists have been setting some fast times and beating personal bests as November rolls on. Even the cold didn’t stop some of the athletes as Kholiwe and Makhosi were the only two to take on Time Trials on a cold October 25.
October 25
Ladies 2km Jog/Walk: Kholiwe Buthelezi – 13m14s finished ahead of Makhosi Qwabe – 15m15s.
November 1
Ladies 8km Run: Thobeka Mbatha set a new Personal Best in a time of – 41m44s.
Ladies 4km Run: Nothando Madela – 26m49s edged out Lucie Nkomonde – 26m52s who set a new Personal Best.
Ladies 4km Jog/Walk: Kholiwe Buthelezi – 26m49s once again beat out Makhosi Qwabe who finished in a time of 36m49s.
Ladies 4km Walk: Thembi finished in a time of 41m46s.
Ladies 3km Run: Thabisile Phungula – 15m52s was the only lady to complete the event.
Ladies 3km Walk: Dorea Coetzee finished in a time of – 28m40s
Ladies 2km Walk: Luzanne van der Mescht completed in a time of – 22m57s.
Men 8km Run: Bongani Sabelo – 28m51s finished ahead of Ayanda Buthelezi – 29m45s, Lindani Sangweni – 30m07s, Thokozani Phungula – 30m18s and Joel Khumalo – 30m30s.
Men 4km Run: Sakile Dlomo – 17m57s edged out Sabatha Ndlovu – 18m02s and Fanie Mthembu – 18m21s (PB). Lindani Vilakazi – 18m56s brought up the rear.
November 8
Ladies 8km Run: Thobeka Mbatha set a new personal best in a time of – 41m22s.
Ladies 4km Run: Nothando Madela – 27m30s finished ahead of Lucie Nkomonde – 29m23s.
Ladies 4km Jog/Walk: Makhosi Qwabe – 36m36s set a new personal best.
Ladies 4km Walk: Thembi Mthabela completed in a time of 40m21s.
Ladies 3km Run: Kholiwe Buthelezi finished in a time of 20m59s.
Ladies 2km Walk: Joyce Shabalala and Luzanne van der Mescht dead heated in a time of 26m00s
Men 8km Run: Bongani Sabelo – 28m44s finished in front of Ayanda Buthelezi – 29m20s, Lindani Sangweni 29m27s, Thokozani Phungula – 29m33s and Joel Khumalo – 31m51s.
Men 4km Run: Petrus Mavuso finished first in a time of 16m26s ahead of Philemon Zondi – 16m41s who set a new personal best. Zwelihle Duma and Khulani Nene dead heated for third in 19m19s.
