Spreading God’s word

Lia Brown, Star Manyoni and Wendy Cyr entertained and inspired at the Crisis Centre.

Using the medium of drama, Covenant Players are spreading God’s message to people around the world.
Covenant Players have units that travel throughout the world, bringing hope, encouragement, and a positive message into classrooms, auditoriums, nursing homes, hospitals, and other facilities.
The South African trio was in Dundee recently where they performed a variety of plays at the Crisis Centre.
Wendy Cyr from Florida, Lia Brown from Lima, Peru and Star Manyoni from Durban wowed the youngsters, and even some of the staff, with their entertaining and also inspirational plays.
Each sketch, though fun, also had a message, which left the audience closer to God. The trio spent a few days in Dundee before moving on again, spreading the word to more organizations around the country.
